Work Experience
We are always happy to consider work experience requests at The Rural Media Company. Before you apply please bear in mind that every year we normally only offer 2 or 3 placements and that demand far exceeds supply. What we can offer will always depend on available staff and projects in progress, but we will do what we can to help.
What do you need to be in with a chance?
- a keen interest in media, youth issues, democracy, community involvement or rural issues. Have a good look throughout the website to see what we've been up to and the projects underway; and
- be in year 10 at school (14/15 years of age), up to graduate/post graduate level and beyond!
Still interested? Then email Natalie Preece nataliep@ruralmedia.co.uk with your request and include a paragraph explaining what you think a placement here at The Rural Media Company will offer you and why you think you should be considered.
If we are unable to offer you a placement we will put you on our mailing list and try to suggest alternative opportunities if we can. Good Luck! |
