| Mission Impossible – The Ram Ravers are a group of motivated young people with physical disabilities who meet at the Ramsden Day Centre in Nuneaton. Bewildered by a lack of resources, stereotyped images and negative attitudes, they embark on a mission to dispel some of the myths associated with being disabled. |

The result of this special assignment is a seriously funny film, which draws directly on the group’s personal experiences. Using a magazine format the film expresses their passionately held views, wicked sense of humour and a fondness for drink and sex.
Ram Ravers was selected for screening at the Co-operative Young Film-Makers festival.
“A bold ambitious piece of work… with excellent humorous moments and classic film techniques. It raises a lot of issues that should be seen by a wider audience.”
Project funded by: The Ram Ravers themselves, The Ramsden Centre, Warwickshire County Council Arts Initiative Dept, Warwickshire County Council Arts Service, West Midland Arts, Warwickshire Council for Voluntary Youth Service, Nuneaton Area Community Education Council, Bedworth Area Community Education Council.
