We can offer two work experience placements per year in either our Production or Post Production Depts. Please be aware we get a lot of requests every year but all applications will be properly considered. We are particularly interested in supporting those from underserved and diverse groups. Salary: NJC Pay Scale PO12 53- 59 (£69,853 - £73,469)

Rural Media is an award-winning digital arts charity and production house with a national reputation for telling powerful stories, nurturing talent, and empowering unheard voices. For over 30 years, we’ve delivered high-impact media projects with young people and underserved communities across the rural UK, while producing acclaimed broadcast content through our commercial arm, Rural Studios.

Now, with the launch of StoryPoint, a bold new creative hub in the heart of Hereford, we are entering our most exciting chapter yet.

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive to lead this next stage of our journey. This unique role spans charity leadership, commercial strategy, and the launch of StoryPoint as a beacon of creativity, skills, and enterprise for the region.

You will be:
